Naturally icy cold

The rear Pitztal is an Eldorado for ice climbers. The altitude on the valley floor of 1450m - 1700m ensures cold temperatures early on and transforms around 60 waterfalls into bizarre ice sculptures. Outstanding ice quality and short access routes are typical of the Pitztal. In addition, the Taschachschlucht ice world is a unique ice climbing garden in Europe, which can be reached in just 5 minutes on foot from our hotel thanks to its perfect location.
